Reason is true to type with plenty of bone, extravagant action and wonderful
temperament. As a yearling, he was 1st and Reserve Youngstock Champion at Glanusk and 2nd at Lampeter. He then went to Ireland where he won many championships both in hand and driving, until coming back to stud here in 2000
Reason is truly an old fashioned pony of cob type, bred from championship stock. His dam is full sister to Royal Welsh Champions Synod Roger, Rum Punch, Reagan and Ranger. He has produced some quality stock which has already been winning medals and championships in the show ring both in hand and under saddle
